Meet Your Therapist

I’ve spent more than 25 years working in wellness, and in that time I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside thousands of women through some of the most significant chapters of their lives — through stress and burnout, through fertility challenges, through menopause, through illness, and through the simple, profound need to be cared for.

I trained as a reflexologist through ITEC and hold registration with the National Register of Reflexologists Ireland (NRRI). I have been practising as a Cancer Care therapist since 2007, and my specialisms include facial and foot reflexology, menopause and fertility support, baby reflexology, and corporate wellness.

My approach is always the same: I listen first. I tailor every treatment to the person in front of me — their body, their stage of life, and what they need that day. I believe that healing begins from within, and that the role of a good therapist is to create the conditions for that healing to happen.
