Shipping policy

We deliver within Ireland only. Digital gift vouchers are free and arrive by email. Posted vouchers and wellness products cost a flat €6.

Gift vouchers
- A digital voucher can be sent to you or straight to the recipient. Add their email and any message in the order notes.
- A posted voucher can be sent to you or to the recipient. Enter their address as the delivery address.
- Every voucher is valid for at least five years from the date of purchase, and the expiry date is shown on it.

Delivery outside Ireland
We don't currently deliver outside Ireland. If you'd like to send a gift abroad, a digital voucher is the simplest option. Contact us and we'll help.
Delays, lost or damaged items
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please email gail@mywellness.ie within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Include photos for damaged items.
We will replace or reissue a lost or damaged voucher at no cost. For products, we will send a replacement or refund you, as set out in our Refund Policy.
Delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you've provided, but we'll do our best to help recover them.
